Blue Light Yokohama is proud to present a wine tasting themed around Japanese food paired with Italian wines.
Japan is generally known for its light and delicate style of cuisine. But there is a lesser known side to japanese food packed with umami that we intend to highlight at this wine tasting.
Get ready for a style steeped with the flavours of Autumn, where the seasonal flavours meet wines from Italy selected for their property of drawing out even more umami.
To pique your interest here is a sneak peek at some of the dishes:
Assorted shredded mushroom tempura, in a seaweed broth infused with ginger and coriander.
BBQ eel roll with sunshine pepper and orange peel.
Roasted duck breast with yuzu pepper oil, smoked light soy broth and a sake marinated quail yolk.
As this is a promotional event, we have only 16 places available,
so please book early to avoid disappointment!
Please note that we will not be able to cater to some of the special dietary needs as the menu is already decided, so please let us know if you have any dietary restrictions.

Price: 575 Per guest, a Cancellation fee of 50% if the cancellation has been made within 48 hours of the start of the event.
